Getting Started¶
Welcome to InteSys. This guide walks you through the essential first steps to begin using our cloud infrastructure services.
Prerequisites¶
Before you begin, make sure you have:
- A valid email address for account registration
- A payment method (credit card or bank transfer for Brazilian customers)
- Basic familiarity with SSH and command-line tools (for server products)
- Your domain name and access to DNS management (for email products)
How to Begin¶
1. Create Your Account¶
Sign up at the InteSys Client Portal to access all services, billing, and support tickets.
2. Choose a Product¶

3. Provision Your Service¶

Global Infrastructure¶
InteSys operates Tier 3 datacenters in three regions:
- Brazil — Porto Alegre and Sao Paulo
- Europe — Amsterdam and Frankfurt
- North America — Ashburn, VA
Datacenter Selection
When provisioning a service, choose the datacenter region closest to your target audience for optimal latency. You can deploy across multiple regions for redundancy.
